Alice Schoolhouse

Located at 271 Silver Creek Road, the Alice Schoolhouse is one of the community gathering spots in St. Mary’s. It is utilized for many community events including potlucks, holiday celebrations, and board meetings.

Its rich history provides the perfect place to meet and discuss all things St. Mary’s - past, present, and future.

St. Mary’s Glacier Metropolitan (Metro) District Shops

The Metro Shops are located at 463 Silver Creek Road. This is the headquarters for all Metropolitan District work.

Fire Station 7

Station 7 is located at 321 Beaver Road. It is operated by Clear Creek County Fire Authority.

Silver Lake

Silver Lake is the larger of the two private lakes located in the St. Mary’s Glacier Community. Take Fall River Road to its terminus. Take a right at the Silver Lake Condos and you’ll find this gem of the mountain.

Lake Quivira

Lake Quivira or more commonly known as Lake Q is the smaller of the two private lakes located in the St. Mary’s Glacier Community. Take Fall River Road to Lake Road. Take a slight right and follow it down to Lake Q.
